Patrick made his mark in Seattle events as the Private Bar event coordinator and bartender for one of Belltown’s most popular restaurants. Working and coordinating hundreds of corporate events, we are highly experienced in what corporate events need and how to create a professional and lively atmosphere.

Our services include pouring, mixing, serving, curating, and customizing beverage menus. Our goal is to be flexible and modular in order to accommodate a wide range of clientele. We specialize in creating non alcoholic beverages such as shrub cocktails, medicinal mushroom tincture beverages, and zero proof classic cocktails, in addition to offering a full range bar with customizable menus catered to the event.
Patrick has 15+ years in hospitality, including several years in restaurant management, bar management, beverage buying, and private event booking. He will serve as cocktail developer and event coordinator.
At previous employers we have hosted some of Seattle’s largest companies including; Gates Foundation, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, Nordstrom, Google, Facebook, and Boeing.
